Services Provided
Anarchy 16 Tattoo offers professional tattooing and piercing services, ensuring following all local health and safety standards. Our experienced artists provide services tailored to individual client likes.

Booking Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. To confirm your appointment, a not returnable deposit may be required, which will be applied towards the final cost of your service.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We use cleaned equipment and disposable items whenever possible. Clients are required to share any health issues, allergies, or medications they are taking before receiving services.

Age Requirements
We strictly follow age requirements in agreement with local laws. Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo or piercing without parental consent. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to provide consent.

Pricing and Payments
Our pricing varies based on the size, difficulty, and placement of the tattoo or piercing. Detailed quotes are provided during the initial consultation. Payment is due upon the end of the service, and we accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Refunds and Cancellations
Down payments are not returnable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for unsatisfactory services are looked at individually.

Consent and Artwork
Clients must provide informed consent before any process. Custom designs are developed by working together with clients and must be approved before the session begins.

Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs created by our artists remain their ownership. Clients are prohibited from copying or using the designs for commercial purposes without prior permission from the artist.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by our artists. Failure to do so may result in problems for which we are not responsible. Any concerns or issues post-service should be reported promptly.

Limitation of Liability
Anarchy 16 Tattoo is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or any other bad effects resulting from our services. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

Privacy Policy

Dispute Resolution

Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers

From time to time, Anarchy 16 Tattoo may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers, including but not limited to Free Quote promotions, Gift Card discounts, and limited‑time campaigns.

-Free Quote Promotion

The 20% OFF Free Quote promotion applies only to the client’s first tattoo session.

If a tattoo requires multiple sessions, all additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate.

-Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Discounted gift cards and promotional offers cannot be combined with other active promotions, including Free Quote discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Only one promotion or discount may be applied per client and per session.

-Non‑Cumulative Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and special offers are not cumulative.

If a client qualifies for more than one promotion (for example, a Free Quote discount and a discounted gift card), the client must choose which promotion to apply, and no additional discounts will be combined.

Modification of Promotions

Anarchy 16 Tattoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligibility and conditions are determined at the sole discretion of the studio.
